PhD position available
We are offering a fully funded studentship to a highly motivated candidate beginning in September 2023.
The project’s goal is to discover and develop new sustainable radical reactions that use visible light and non-toxic earth abundant transition metals. The student will be exposed to a variety of organic chemistry techniques, such as shlenck techniques, glove-box techniques, and the most recent purification/analysis techniques, as well as ample opportunities to learn about ligand design, organometallic chemistry, organic synthesis, photochemistry, and catalysis.
